The Early Bird rate is available until July 20th 2012. After this date, the late fee will apply.
Upon registration you will receive an email confirmation, including the details you provided on the registration form, and a summary invoice. Included in this email will be your individual access key – which may be used to log in on future occasions to book accommodation, social events, etc. Please note that all booking and registration correspondence will be sent to the email address provided at the time of registration.

1. Edit/view your booking
2. Add additional items, tickets etc…
3. Print out a copy of your invoice
4. Pay by credit card online for any outstanding fees or additional items booked through our secure link.
